Amaretto Coffee Creamer Mix

This delightful, simple coffee creamer will become a favorite at home and at the office! Use it instead of regular coffee creamer for a delicious, creamy and rich Amaretto coffee. Or, package it beautifully and give it as gifts any time of year. Coffee lovers will love it!

1 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 teaspoons of almond extract
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, optional
3/4 cup white sugar

Combine all recipe ingredients in a container and shake well to combine. Store in lidded jar or other container, and use the fun ideas below to decorate. When giving this as gifts, be sure to include the recipe for Amaretto Coffee, below.

Recipe for Amaretto Coffee:
Add two tablespoons of Amaretto Coffee Creamer mix to a cup of regular coffee for a delicious, quick Amaretto!


Bavarian Mint Instant Coffee Mix

2/3 c. instant coffee
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dried mint leaves
2/3 c. non dairy creamer

Mix all in a food processor or blender until you have a fine powder. Use 1 to 2 spoonfuls to one mug of hot water. (to desired taste)


Cafe Cappuccino

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until finely ground. Store in an air-tight container.

1/2 cup instant coffee granules
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 tsp. dry grated orange rind

To serve: Mix 2 tbs. into 1 cup of boiling water.


Cafe Swiss Mocha

1/4 cup powdered creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
2 teaspoon powdered baking cocoa

Process in a blender on liquify until well blended. Store in air-tight container.


Cafe Vienna

1 cup instant coffee
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix in food processor or blender until you have a fine powder. Use 1 to 2 spoonfuls to one mug of hot water (to desired taste)


Cappuccino Mix

1 cup instant coffee creamer
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
2/3 cup instant coffee crystals
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in airtight container. To prepare one serving, add 3 tbsp. mix to 6 oz. hot water; stir well. Yield: 3 cups dry mix


Cinnamon Coffee Mix Recipe

1/2 cup instant coffee
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Use 1-2 tbsp per cup (or to taste) and add boiling water. Stir well to combine. Enjoy!


Easy Mocha Mix Recipe

1/2 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Use 1-2 tbsp per cup (or to taste) and add boiling water. Stir well to combine. Enjoy!


Friendship Tea Mix

1 (18 ounce) jar Tang breakfast drink (orange flavor)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup presweetened lemonade mix (such as Countrytime)
1/2 cup instant tea
1 (3 ounce box ) apricot Jell-O
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves

Combine these dry ingredients and store in an airtight container. This recipe makes 50 servings so it is perfect for dividing up and giving away as gifts. Put these directions on the gift jar:

FRIENDSHIP TEA

Use 1 1/2 tablespoons per cup of boiling water.


Hot Chocolate Mix

3 cups powdered milk
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
Dash of salt

Sift the ingredients into a large bowl. Pack the mix into an airtight container.

Attach this to the Jar:

Hot Chocolate
Serves 1

4 tablespoons Hot Chocolate Mix
8 ounces boiling water
Marshmallows or whipped cream

Place the Hot Chocolate Mix into a mug. Pour in the boiling water. Stir until the Chocolate mix is dissolved. Garnish with marshmallows or whipped cream.


Hot White Chocolate Mix

3 cups powdered dry milk
2 tsp. vanilla powder (This is a product used in place of vanilla extract. It is available in most gourmet food store, or bakers' supply shops).
2 tsp. grated orange zest
2 cups of white chocolate chips

Whir all ingredients in blender only until finely ground! Again, do it in two batches, and don't overgrind or it will clump up in the blender. Use 3 heaping tablespoons per mug of hot water. This is particularly satisfying with a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.


Instant Cappuccino

1 cup instant coffee creamer
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
2/3 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in airtight container. When ready to use mix 2 Tbls. per coffee cup of hot water. Top with whipped cream sprinkled with nutmeg or chocolate shavings.


Lemon Raspberry Tea Mix

1 cup lemon flavored iced tea mix
1 package raspberry gelatin

Combine together and seal in an airtight container. Instructions: Pour 6-8 ounces hot water over 2 teaspoons tea mix and stir until dissolved.


Malted Hot Cocoa Mix

1 (25.6 ounce) box nonfat dry milk powder
6 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (16 ounce) container instant chocolate milk mix
1 (13 ounce) jar malted milk powder
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 (6 ounce) jar powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 teaspoon salt

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Store in an airtight container. Keep in a cool place.

Makes about 20 cups or 10 gifts.

To serve: In mug, pour 6 ounces of hot water over 1/3 cup cocoa mix, and stir until well blended.


Minty Hot Chocolate Mix

2 cups chocolate-flavored malted milk powder -- divided
1 cup butter mints
3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 cups instant hot cocoa mix

In a blender or food processor, combine 1 cup malted milk powder and mints; process until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Add dry milk, cocoa mix and remaining malted milk powder; mix well. Store in airtight containers. To make one serving, add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved.


Mocha Coffee Mix in a Jar

1 c Nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 c Granulated sugar
2/3 c Powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c Instant coffee -- pressed through fine sieve
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
1 t Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in 1 qt airtight container or decorative gift jar; cover. Makes about 3-1/4 cups mix or 10-12 servings. For single serving: Place rounded 1/4 cup Mocha Coffee Mix in mug or cup; add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir until mix is dissolved. Serve immediately.


Orange Coffee Mix

1/2 cup instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon dried orange peel

Use 1-2 tbsp per cup (or to taste) and add boiling water. Stir well to combine. Enjoy!


Raspberry Hot Cocoa Mix

3 cups instant hot cocoa powder
1 pkg. unsweetened raspberry Kool-Aid

Blend well. Use 2 heaping Tbsp. to 1-cup hot water.


Spiced Cranberry Cider Mix

This spicy cider tastes delicious after winter sports, so here's just the gift for a hostess on a ski vacation.

1/2 cup dried cranberries
12 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp. crushed whole cloves
2 Tbsp. whole allspice

In a small bowl, stir the cranberries and spices together. Store in an airtight container.

Attach this to the Jar:

Spiced Cranberry Cider Mix
Serves 12 to 14

2 quarts apple cider
1 quart water
1 package Spiced Cranberry Cider Mix
2 oranges, sliced

In a large saucepan combine the cider, water, and Spiced Cranberry Cider Mix. Heat through but do not boil. Add most of the orange slices. Serve warm, garnished with the remaining orange slices.


Spiced Tea Mix

1/3 c Instant Tea powder
1 c Tang
1/3 c Sugar (could use less)
1/4 t Ground allspice
1/4 t Ground cloves

Blend well store in air tight container. Use 1-1/2 tsp. or more per cup of boiling water.


Sugar-Free Low-Fat Cocoa Mix

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 quart powdered non-fat dry milk
your favorite sugar substitute equal to 1 1/2 cups sugar

Mix it up and get ready to sit down to a steamy, creamy cup of guilt free cocoa! Just use 2 tablespoons of mix to 6 ounces of hot water, in your favorite mug, of course! Why not garnish with a cinnamon stick, or a sprinkling of cinnamon powder. One mug of this delight contains only 49 calories!


Toffee Coffee Creamer

1/2 cup non dairy creamer
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Mix ingredients together thoroughly and store in a lidded jar. Label as Toffee Coffee Creamer.


Toffee Coffee Mix

1 c. instant coffee
1 c. non dairy creamer
1 c. brown sugar

Mix all in a food processor or blender until you have a fine powder. Use 1 to 2 spoonfuls to one mug of hot water. (to desired taste)


Vanilla Coffee Mix

1 1/2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee crystals
2 tablespoons vanilla powder (available in gourmet or baking supply shops)

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2-4 = tablespoons per cup of boiling water.


White Hot Chocolate Mix

1 tsp. vanilla powder
1 tsp. dried orange peel
1/2 cup grated white chocolate or white chocolate chips

Combine and blend the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.

Attach this to the Jar:
White Hot Chocolate
Serves 2

1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup White Hot Chocolate Mix

In a small saucepan, heat the milk until bubbles form around the outside. Add the White Hot Chocolate Mix and whisk until the chocolate is melted. Continue to whisk until the mixture is hot.
