Feverfew

" Have you ever tried feverfew for your migraines? I have recommended it to a couple of people and they have had very good results from taking it.
You can either use it as a tea, or if the nausea is very bad, you can take capsules. Most health food stores carry it.
If you have not tried it before, you might give it a try. "

"I had so much trouble and was using imitrex about 3 times a week. I read somewhere that Feverfew would help. I started taking it and also started going to a chiropracter about the same time. Within 3 months I was completely migraine free and have been now for over 5 years. I continued with the chiropracter for a year and with the feverfew for 2 more years. I don't usually pass on this type info. but I can still remember how horribly sick I would be with the headaches, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone."

Migranol
Jonnie wrote:
"I have been on every medication "out there", and the one and only thing that works very well for me is a medication called Migranol. I thought I would just share that with you, since I know firsthand how horrendous a bad migraine can be.

Oil of Oregano
Lynda wrote:
"they say Oil of Oregano works."
More info on oil of oregano treatment:
"When massaged on the skin, scents of oregano and lavender also work well for headaches because they have anti-infectious properties. When using oil externally, especially with massages, always dilute them in vegetable oil, such as almond oil, at a concentration of 20 percent to 65 percent."
