Easy Bread Pudding in the Crockpot Submitted by a reader 3 eggs beaten 3½ cups milk 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt 3 cups bread cubes (or plain crumbs) ¾ cup packed brown sugar ½ cup raisins Mix all ingredients together til bread is thoroughly wet. Place mixture into greased crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours (or until a knife through centre comes out clean).
